Wine Armenia
Wine making is one of the most ancient traditions still followed in Armenia. The oldest winery of the world, found in Areni region in 2012, is 6100 years old! Even today people use the same endemic sorts of grapes to make wine using the same technology. One of the wines made in this region, Zorah Karasi, was listed in Bloomberg’s Top Ten Wines of 2012 and is served in Michelin restaurants worldwide.
